Cancellation & Refund Policy :-
Cancellation and Refund of your FUE ASIA SAARC WORKSHOP registration and hotel can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at contact@fueasia.org clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email is to be sent from the email address which was used for registration.
The cost includes :-
- Accommodation in well-appointed rooms
- Buffet Breakfast at pre-designated venue on 10 & 11 Jan 2026
- 3 Lunches at pre-designated venue on 9, 10 & 11 Jan 2026
- 2 Dinners (Including Gala Dinner on 10th January)
- Standard Check-In Timing is 1500 Hrs & Check-Out Timing is 1200 Hrs.
- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out are Subject to Availability
Hotel Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the conference dates will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the conference dates will receive a 50% refund. One night’s fee will be retained.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 15 days of the conference dates are non-refundable.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the conference dates will receive a 50% refund except processing fees would be deducted.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 15 days of the conference dates are non-refundable.
Additional Terms
Refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks following the conclusion of the conference.
The timestamp on the cancellation email will serve as the official date of the cancellation request.
