Cancellation & Refund Policy :-
Cancellation and Refund of your FUE ASIA SAARC WORKSHOP registration and hotel can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at contact@fueasia.org clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email is to be sent from the email address which was used for registration.
Hotel Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the conference dates will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the conference dates will receive a 50% refund. One night’s fee will be retained.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 15 days of the conference dates are non-refundable.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 31st August 2025 and 30th September 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the registration value.
25% Refund: Cancellations made between 1st October 2025 and 30th November 2025 will receive a 25% refund of the registration value.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made on or after 1st December 2025 will be non-refundable.
Additional Terms
Refunds will be processed within four (4) weeks following the conclusion of the conference.
The timestamp on the cancellation email will serve as the official date of the cancellation request.
