  • The rates we provide you with are inclusive of complimentary breakfast, but exclude taxes.
  • Hotel rates and taxes are subject to change.
  • All claims made will be settled once the event is over.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests received 90 days before the tour would be issued a refund with a deduction of 10% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation requests received 30-90 days before the tour would be issued a refund with a deduction of 25% of the total amount.
  • Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the tour would not be not eligible for a refund.
